Classic ABC blocks

Untitled

I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting small businesses when I visit all the lovely blogs on my Google Reader. So imagine my delight when I saw the cutest ad featuring a wooden snail for the online shop that is simply called nest. One click of my mouse was all it took to send me into little girl mode when I saw all the wonderful and amazing products they carry for not only kiddos but Mammas too.

Then I found out the company is Canadian and I knew nest was going to be on my go-to list for great kids toys for many years to come.

Then at the end of September the lovely Meryl of My Bit of Earth, held a Sponsored Giveaway by none other than nest. I left a comment not thinking twice but imagine my surprise when I received an email the next week letting me know I had won!

I literally squealed with excitement because the giveaway was for an amazing block set and I was able to choose which set to pick! Nest has so many classic blocks to choose from, they carry everything from classic ABC to Chinese, Arabic, Egyptian hieroglyphs and even braille. How fantastic is that!

After a few emails with Lisa, one of fantastic owners, I picked the classic English ABC blocks and learned that Lisa and her husband John-Paul select products that they feel are beautiful and high quality, ethically sourced and gentle on the environment.

Have I mentioned that I love this company!?

Just look at how awesome these blocks are. They are the perfect size for little hands, durable, have such vibrant pigment and not only do they have four full alphabets but they have numbers, animals and math symbols as well.

I can already tell that Connor (ok and Mommy & Daddy too!) is going to love them for a very long time.

***Just wanted to add that this is not a sponsored post. Neither nest or Meryl know that I am writing this post. I just really really love this company and wanted to share the love with you!
